The winner is Englishman Paul Andrew, a US-based shoe and accessories designer who founded his label two years ago. Thanks to this prize, he will receive the sum of $300,000, as well as mentoring from big names in fashion to help him develop his brand. Two other prizes were awarded to Eva Zuckerman and Ryan Roche.
