Le Brut Souverain
Le Brut Souverain seduces with a nose of white flowers and citrus fruit, followed by a balanced, harmonious palate. The wine has a bright, clear, straw-gold color. The effervescence is dense and persistent, with fine, regular bubbles. The initial nose is precise, expressive and refreshing, with notes of citrus and yellow fruit, followed by floral fragrances and pastry aromas. On the palate, the attack is lively, fresh and balanced, with pastry, spicy and fruity notes. The ample texture precedes a clean, refreshing finish marked by citrus aromas. Brut Souverain is the perfect accompaniment to a festive meal: oysters with smoked salmon, leg of lamb from the Limousin region raised in its mother’s cowshed with sage and roasted pineapple with vanilla…

Le Blanc de Blancs
Its pale gold hue is sparkling and crystalline, with light green highlights. The effervescence is abundant, fine and regular, with delicate bubbles. The nose is pure, concentrated and expressive, with floral, fruity and pastry aromas, followed by spicy notes. On the palate, the attack is dynamic, full-bodied and powerful, with aromas of lightly toasted brioche, quince paste and acacia honey. The finish is frank and greedy, with a light menthol note and good length. Blanc de Blancs is perfect with Brittany blue lobster with lemongrass, farmhouse poultry supreme stuffed with foie gras or scallop carpaccio. Let the party begin!
