For Spring-Summer 2015, Peuterey takes its outerwear on a world tour, transporting it out of its comfort zone. The result: a world tour in which exalted prints intersect: a retro Vichy pattern, a floral explosion, a multicolored palette or even a weave from the Himalayas.
Because, as always at Peuterey, the devil is in the detail. For example, a nylon parka features hidden, airtight laptop pockets, a waterproof trench coat hood, and smart, technical materials such as a Teflon jacket with heat-sealed seams, or the ultra-light leather of down-filled bomber jackets.
“This collection combines comfort and the utilitarian function of clothing,” explains Peuterey’s Creative Director Riccardo Coppola. It also has an exotic dimension inspired by a trip to Nepal.” Outerwear to be enjoyed all year round on the urban asphalt.
