Blandin & Delloye, a costume story

You’re no doubt aware of the importance we attach to detail and product quality at Luxsure. Your humble servant does his best to support young designers, especially those who are trying to perpetuate a certain idea of quality.
Blandin & Delloye is a men’s tailor specializing in made-to-measure suits and shirts. A few months ago, we told you about their expertise: https://www.luxsure.fr/2014/08/20/blandin-delloye-confection-sur-mesure-personnalisee-pour-homme/
Today, we’d like to tell you the story of a suit, or rather of our suit.

It all started a few weeks ago in a cosy Parisian boutique that you’ll find at 9 rue de Palestro 75002 Paris. Comfortably seated in an armchair, we scroll through the fabrics and materials to choose the suit of our dreams.
Italian fabrics, interiors, linings, everything goes through it, we customize everything to arrive at the suit we want. We chose a suit made from Vitale Barberis Canonico Italian fabrics in midnight blue, with burgundy interiors for contrast, and white sleeves with polka dots.
Then came the measuring and alterations, with Blandin & Delloye taking care of every detail.
The proof is that we made numerous alterations as we went along, taking our time to get the suit just right. Attention to detail is at the heart of all our reflections. Validating the fit of the suit, validating the buttons, everything is checked and controlled. Fittings are therefore crucial to the process.

We’ve tested and approved! And we recommend Blandin et Delloye not only for the quality of their fabrics and materials, but also and above all for the service offered by these young French costume designers. Service that makes all the difference.
