Maje x Lou Doillon, fall winter 2014-2015

The Maje spirit is a resolutely feminine silhouette, at once sober, glamorous and daring.
This season, Lou Doillon is the new face of the Maje brand, photographed by Glen Luchford and directed by Sharif Hamza. An interesting campaign in which Lou Doillon strolls through Paris, presenting an outfit from the new collection in each mini-clip.
A generous girl, who opens the doors of her Parisian apartment for the first time: a warm, personal interior, in the image of an artist reinventing, guitar in hand, the cool charm of today’s bohemian lifestyle.
It’s an encounter in total complicity, between music and improvised chords, urban ballads and the pleasure of pleasing, a play of materials embracing all facets of femininity, from the early hours of the morning to when the stars are reflected on the cobblestones of the street.
This is, of course, a fashion story: a story of daring, unashamed fashion, unashamedly willing to charm.

Because in Paris, as elsewhere, fashion is lived under the sign of all temporalities, Maje imagines a wardrobe placed under the sign of style and freedom. With Lou Doillon, this story embraces the authenticity of a spirit: that of exploring, with a very Parisian audacity, all the facets of its identity.
We appreciate the meeting of these two universes that fit well together, as well as the musicality of Lou Doillon, a simple girl with sensitive music.
This is not Maje’s first try at music. Maje is making its musical mark by teaming up with ELLE EN SCENE, a chic, trendy concert label in keeping with the brand’s rock and folk image.
