A red and black collection at Giorgio Armani Privé. Giorgio Armani is no stranger to Paris. He shows his Haute Couture collection at the Palais de Tokyo. The collection opens with a range of small coats and shorts in piqué fabric with a quilted effect. Short jackets with 3/4-length sleeves and wool crepe pants followed, simple and elegant. Giorgio Armani opts for red and black for evening, with strapless tulle dresses in red polka dots and black violets with raised red chenille motifs, or tulle flounce dresses. He innovates with vinyl ribbon embroidery and draws the eye with feather boleros worked in origami motifs. And at Armani, the bride is in red, dressed in a little crinoline jacket with organza bangs, and a strapless gown in silk crepe. Red and black play on contrasts at Armani privé.
