Stylish lightness at Lanvin…At Lanvin, the suit is all-important, with an approach, volumes and a new attitude. The two doors (large and small) placed at the entrance to the Ecole des Beaux-Arts podium symbolize the multiple proposals offered to the man, with all the contractions that this can also mean. Lucas Ossendrijver and Alber Elbaz are seeking to adapt to new demands, and for next summer are proposing to lighten the silhouette as much as possible. This includes bi-material jackets, with cotton voile backs, or jackets with unstructured cuts and rolled-up sleeves. After lightness, comfort is another central element of the collection. The informal sartorial spirit gives way to urban sportswear, with lace-up leather shirts and hooded jackets tucked into high-waisted pants. New classics for a Lanvin wardrobe firmly anchored in its time!
