If you didn’t already know, from June 1 the trendiest of Parisian terraces will be twisting tea in new ways to make it the it-drink of the summer!
Tea like you’ve never drunk it before
Throughout the summer, the spectacular 300 m2 terrace of Le Mini Palais will be the setting for a tea menu as ephemeral as it is creative. Conceived in collaboration with the famous Kusmi Tea house, it’s sure to surprise many. Iced, vitamin-enriched or even intoxicating: afficionados, trend-spotters and simple tea-lovers alike will rediscover, from a totally new angle, this beverage which is certainly very chic, but not always as wise as one might imagine… On the program …
GLACY TEAS:
– BB Detox: a wellness blend of green tea, maté and a sweet note of grapefruit.
-Green tea with strawberry: a gourmet tea ideal for tea-time!
– Label Impérial: a blend of Chinese green tea, orange, cinnamon and sea buckthorn berries.
– Anastasia: one of Kusmi’s famous exclusive blends of Earl Grey and orange blossom. Anastasia: one of Kusmi’s famous exclusive blends of Earl Grey and orange blossom teas.
-Be Cool: a gentle blend of herbs, licorice and peppermint for relaxing summer nights.
THE COCKTAILS WITH OR WITHOUT ALCOHOL:
– Kusmiroska: vodka, Prince Wladimir tea, and grapefruit juice.
-Bellini Kusmi: champagne, St Petersburg tea, raspberry juice.
-Prince Glacé: Prince Wladimir tea, grapefruit and fresh lemon.
-Imperial Ice Tea: Label Impérial tea, orange and fresh lime.
A seasonal menu to discover now!
Eric Frechon and Stéphane d’Aboville’s menu will also take on summer colors, with new gourmet and light dishes: the unmissable Burrata with thin slices of Parma ham, Red mullet in a crust of sliced bread, tomatoes cooked with ginger, Pluma of Iberian pig, red onion confit and straw potatoes, and Gariguette strawberries with blood orange sorbet.
