Since late 2013, Guillaume Bouvelot and his son Benjamin have embarked on the ApéRock adventure: a no-holds-barred restaurant where you can eat burgers, sip cocktails and listen to rock music.
Customers are immediately immersed in a US-style decor, where the walls are covered in vinyl records… Guillaume Bouvelot is no novice in the restaurant business, having already opened Le Gauvain in Levallois Perret in 2004. However, he is now embarking on the ApéRock adventure with his son, in a cooler, more offbeat atmosphere.
L’ApéRock revisits the American burger with a French twist, and you can also enjoy a “charawlais” or a “rocksteak” with a homemade sauce. A little originality: the names of the burgers refer to albums or songs. For dessert, enjoy a delicious cheesecake imported from the USA.

Benjamin, the son, plays the role of self-taught bartender, offering a multitude of cocktails inspired by the America of the 90s. ApéRock also offers draught beers and authentic Italian coffees.

Every week, the restaurant offers a number of unmissable events: Tuesdays are reserved for girls during Happy Hour, and Wednesdays are reserved for LiveMusik.
