Duck Foie Gras Opera, 15€ each
This Opéra features a shortbread pastry base topped with a duck Foie Gras ganache with roasted hazelnut chips and a slice of whole duck Foie Gras. The whole is crowned with a strawberry compote for a perfect balance of flavors.
Strawberry and Rhubarb Millefeuille, from €7.50 to €45
A subtle combination of strawberry and rhubarb compote, light fromage blanc cream and fresh strawberries, generously topped with thin layers of caramelized puff pastry.
