On April 24, Dior Homme will unveil its Fall 2014 collection in close collaboration with designer duo M/M (Paris).
In Dior’s Soho store, the creative duo imagined an installation that dialogues with pieces created by Kris Van Assche, creative director of Dior Homme.
The installation is an extension of the catalog created for this collection with M/M (Paris) and photographer Karim Sadli. It presents young men in groups, but each with a strong sense of individual identity.
“They could be a group of artists or Art school students like those I used to frequent when I myself was a student at the Royal Academy of Art in Antxerp,” explains Kris Van Assche. “I’ve gone from the standard ‘clone’ of a man to a man who is part of a group, but still able to express his individuality. I’m glad that this collaborative work with M/M (Paris) underlines this transition,” he continues.
To be discovered in New York from April 24th!
