Pastry Chef Ken Thomas of The Westin Paris – Vendôme is launching a collection of four playful and delicious cakes, with the flavors of the four seasons. Le Damier can be enjoyed by the slice at snack time in the hotel’s Bar Tuileries, with an Alain Milliat fruit juice or Jing tea, weather permitting!

Right now, head to the Terrasse Fruitée by Alain Milliat in the Bar Tuileries to succumb to the Damier pistache framboise, whose colors recall Spring and blossoming trees. This summer, we’ll be tempted by the Japanese blend of matcha green tea and blueberries, while autumn and winter will see vanilla, chestnuts and clementine on one side, and chocolate and candied orange on the other.
