To celebrate Mother’s Day on May 25, Champagne Gosset unveils its new Cuvée Petite Douceur Rosé, a subtle balance of sweetness and acidity that invites you to indulge.

Made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir (including 7% reds from Bouzy and Ambonnay), this cuvée has been patiently aged in our cellars for at least three years before disgorging. Petite Douceur Rosé seduces with its delicate salmon-pink color and delights even the most discerning palates with the beautiful effervescence of its fine bubbles.

On the nose, aromas of ripe strawberry then raspberry appear, and on the finish, as the wine warms slightly, notes of quince, orange and verbena become perceptible. The well-balanced palate is dominated by strawberry and raspberry, with pink grapefruit and lemon adding freshness to the finish.

Cuvée Petite Douceur Rosé, ideally served between 8 and 10°, is the perfect accompaniment to desserts, sweet and savory dishes or tea-time parties. Its perfectly balanced sugar content (extra-dry 17 g/l) enhances the wine’s freshness. Raspberry or mandarin macaroons, or fruit tarts, will be charming assets for a special tasting moment.

Petite Douceur Rosé, a surprising, refined and elegant Cuvée for Mother’s Day.
