Alain Ducasse, three Michelin-starred chef, will be releasing his new book J’aime Londres on March 20. It mixes good addresses with photographic reportage.
In 2007, he inaugurated the Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester in London (2 stars in the Michelin Great Britain 2009). In publishing this book, he wishes to pay tribute to this city and to the restaurateurs, producers and other players in the world of gourmet food and the art of the table.
Alain Ducasse presents his 100 favorite reference addresses (bistros, cheese shops, traditional restaurants, atypical establishments, grocery stores and markets) to share the diversity of this city. The book juggles street food and Michelin-starred fare.
The book is divided into 4 thematic chapters: institutions, places to be, world food and British terroir. He introduces us to places such as the Broadway Market and the Story Deli (a pizzeria).
You’ll also find a detachable pocket notebook that will come in very handy during your London excursions.
In bookshops from March 20, published by Alain Ducasse.
