Imagined by chef de cuisine Mathieu Robillard and pastry chef Brian Esposito, the dessert features chocolate mousse, blackcurrant compote, puff pastry praline and blackcurrant sorbet. This unique and tasty creation is adorned with pearls, a sugar diamond and a fresh rose petal.

At €15, this sweet treat is the perfect complement to a day of shopping in the streets of Paris!
