On February 14, 2014 at 8:30 a.m., the Pont des Arts will be decked out in the colors of love: 5,000 roses to pick so you can say “I love you” to the one you love will be laid out on the bridge for all lovers to see.
Sismeek, a young French watchmaking brand, is behind this crazy but romantic project, which will cover the entire Pont des Arts with red roses. Lovers and passers-by will be able to cry out their love and remind the world that Paris is the capital of people who love each other. An artistic performance will also immortalize a suspended moment.
