Luxsure is a partner of the world’s most prestigious events. This time, it’s the Gucci Paris Masters, from December 5 to 8, 2013.

As the outdoor season draws to a close and indoor competitions take shape, eyes are already turning to one of the highlights of the international show jumping calendar: the Gucci Paris Masters (CSI 5*).
Organized as part of the Salon du Cheval, the 5th edition of Paris Jumping will take place from December 5 to 8 at the Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte (Hall 5b).

For its 5th edition, Jumping parisien will not fail to live up to its reputation by offering an ever-growing and loyal public an exceptional program featuring the 25 best international riders and a host of passionate personalities. In all, no fewer than 125 competitors will take part in three levels of international competition over four days, with a total prize fund of one million dollars.

We’re giving away 5×2 tickets to the Gucci Masters on Friday December 6, where you can watch the Longines Speed Challenge. To win tickets: comment on this post with a message explaining why you love horses and like the Masters Grand Slam page to take part in the game: https: //www.facebook.com/mastersgrandslam?fref=ts

While, as usual, the Gucci Paris Masters offers 3 different levels of competition over 4 days, its prestigious Masters (CSI 5*) remains accessible only to the elite of show jumping riders and horses. Once again this year, this approach promises an exhilarating spectacle and sporting confrontations of the highest level.

Stars on the track
Commitments are far from complete, but a number of stars have already announced their participation. Having just returned from Denmark, where he won the European Championship title with Castle Forbes Myrtille Paulois, France’s Roger-Yves Bost has confirmed his participation, as have
members of the Equipe de France Kevin Staut and Patrice Delaveau, who will be attending the event in Paris.
Team gold and individual silver at Euro 2013, reigning Olympic team champion and new world number 1, Britain’s Ben Maher will also be taking part.
Germany’s Ludger Beerbaum and Christian Ahlmann, European vice-champions in the team event, will be taking part.
Among the riders, three Americans have already booked their flights to Paris: young Reed Kessler, the discipline’s best hope, the talented Jessica Springsteen and her coach Laura Kraut, 2008 Olympic team champion.
First present in 2012, Guillaume Canet, wearing the Gucci colors, is back at the Gucci Paris Masters. He will take part in the Invitational Trophy (CSI 1*).
The film “Jappeloup” was “an electroshock that made me realize I couldn’t do without horses and competition”, said the actor-director, whose film “Blood Ties” has just been released in cinemas. So Guillaume Canet organizes his work around training and competition dates: “It makes for very long days, but it does me a lot of good to unplug a little from work, which was more than omnipresent in my life. I can clear my head a bit and see my friends again.
