Last but not least, the Champs-Elysées is a pleasant place, where design and fashion give rhythm to the space.

Le 66, already a Concept Store, gets a makeover. Owner Gilles Bellaloum has given part of the 1,200 m2 space over to restaurants. Reinterpreted by Tom Dixon, it becomes an open, chic place where it’s pleasant to relax.
Culinary preparation was entrusted to Atelier de l’Eclair.
One range is savoury, the other obviously sweet. The first is based on flavors such as chorizo/dried tomatoes, foie gras/figue, goat’s cheese/mint, ham/county. The second is undeniably more varied.
The Raspberry Rose is particularly girly! The freshness of the rose creates an interesting contrast with the tartness of the raspberry. The Lemon Meringue is a success. The power of the lemon and the relative softness of the meringue create a wonderful sensation. Coffee and salted butter could have a following. A variety of flavors, with a turnover, will ensure that there’s never a dull moment in terms of taste. A special 66 collector’s item will be added to the collection, a sort of Fashion dessert.
