Nestled in an elegant building in the 8th arrondissement, Atelier Guy Martin opens its doors to the public with a rich and varied program. A true paradise for gourmets wishing to discover the world of haute cuisine through classes, private evenings and participatory cocktails.
Michelin-starred chef Guy Martin offers a logical extension of his kitchen to “demystify haute cuisine and share it differently”. For the past four years, this workshop has been bringing together culinary enthusiasts in a variety of ways throughout the day, with an emphasis on healthy, seasonal ingredients. The chef offers an Atelier Grand Véfour, inspired by the famous Palais Royal restaurant, as well as a variety of lunchtime formulas, with 30 minutes of cooking and 30 minutes of tasting for 1 hour of pleasure! There are also classes (2x 2h per week) for young and old, and a series of fun competitions: the Cubism Competition, with professional training at the end, and a Children’s Competition (6-10 years).
In a more intimate style, the Atelier Guy Martin offers a Nomade formula for organizing culinary events outside the loft, as well as the Master Class, for sharing a moment of gourmet complicity with Mr. Martin himself. Just a stone’s throw from the Champs Élysées, in a world of over 400m2 on four levels, the Atelier Guy Martin is a place of discovery and encounters. In addition to an art gallery – his lifelong inspiration – the chef also offers a boutique featuring his own delicatessen, as well as utensils and books by the Michelin-starred chef.
