Magnum announces the opening of an ephemeral café in the heart of the Marais district
What better way to create a buzz than by creating an ephemeral venue? Many brands have understood this, and initiatives are multiplying. And so it is that the famous manufacturer of ice cream sticks is about to inaugurate a café.
Having already met with success in the world’s major cities, Magnum has chosen Paris as the first European destination for its ephemeral café.
In the heart of the Marais, in the 4th arrondissement, a district both steeped in history and a trendsetter, Magnum is dedicating a space of over 150 m2 to gourmet delights. For 4 weeks, every visitor is invited to enjoy a unique experience in this place dedicated to pleasure. In the months to come, other major European cities will welcome this unique concept.
What’s this new place going to look like? Well, right from the entrance, the sleek, chocolate-colored central bar, from which gourmet scents emanate, is sure to attract ice cream and chocolate lovers, promising them unprecedented tasting moments. Magnum experts will introduce visitors to the experience and advise them on their creative recipe, to be enjoyed solo or with friends, after lunch, at snack time or on their way home from work.
To fully enjoy their creation, Magnum fans will be able to discover a lounge area: soft armchairs and comfortable loungers will provide gourmands with the ideal tasting conditions. They’ll appreciate the warmth of this place, where people like to relax and exchange confidences.
In the basement, an unforgettable sensory experience will be offered to privileged visitors who come to discover the premises.
Le Magnum Paris offers the ultimate gourmet experience: the personalization of your Magnum! Behind the bar, the brand’s experts welcome and advise connoisseurs to help them create their own Magnum recipe, choosing from a selection of flavors, coatings and ingredients. Produced in real time before their very eyes, the Magnum takes shape in just a few minutes, to the rhythm of each person’s choices and desires. They can then give it a name, share it on Facebook and, above all, enjoy it on site or take it away. To round off this pleasurable break, visitors can also meet up in the lounge area to enjoy an exclusive menu featuring creative recipes and original Magnum cocktails.
