Barrière presents a Fouquet’s galette and a bean signed Orlinski

Golden puff pastry, creamy, gourmet frangipane, Richard Orlinski’s fava beans… This year for Epiphany, Fouquet’s joins forces with the artist’s creativity, for delicious moments of sharing, to eat in or take away!

In January, the Barrière group is not departing from tradition and is offering, in all Fouquet’s brasseries and Restaurants d’Hôtels, a Fouquet’s galette des rois imagined Pithiviers-style by the famous Pierre Gagnaire, who has been collaborating on the Fouquet’s menus since 2014. Created by Richard Orlinski, the bean representing a red bear will enthrone the queens and kings of the meal. And for the luckiest of the crowned heads, the silver version of the famous animal will entitle them to a dinner for two in one of the Group’s Fouquet’s brasseries (in Paris, Cannes, Enghien-les-Bains, Courchevel, Toulouse and La Baule).

Attention, only 10 winning beans for the entire season’s galettes! Whether you’re a lucky winner or just a spectator, the Barrière galette des rois promises a delectable, festive interlude to round off a meal or accompany a gourmet snack. To be discovered in our establishments from January.
