The Yurman family hosteda private dinner with friends of the house, special guests and celebrity brand ambassadors on Monday, July 5 at the Musée du Louvre to commemorate the brand’s patronage on a historical restoration project with the iconic institution. The dinner menu was curated and prepared by renowned French chef Alain Ducasse, with live music by pianist Mattias Mimoun. In attendance were the brand’s celebrity ambassadors Henry Golding, Lucien Laviscount, Laura Harrier, Taylor Hill, Camille Rowe and Kelsey Asbille. Additional key attendees included Carla Bruni, Amelia Windsor, Clémence Poésy, Carolyn Murphy, Karlie Kloss, Debby Ryan, Olivia Palermo, Coco Rocha, George Cortina, Law Roach, Derek Blasberg, Anna Dello Russo and Esteban Ocon.
David Yurman’s support of the Musée du Louvre will restore four important sculptures in the Jardin des Tuileries’ Grand Basin by Ramey, Foyatier, Debay, and Leboeurf. The restored Ramey sculpture will ultimately be put on public display in the Louvre’s Cour Puget — while the other three will be moved to the Louvre archives, and four replicas will be re-installed at the Grand Basin.
This initiative with the Musée du Louvre provides a unique opportunity for David Yurman to contribute to a historical restoration project, and a chance to celebrate a city that has inspired many of the brand’s most iconic designs.
