Chef's dinner

The “Dîner des Chefs” with chefs Yves Camdeborde, Christian Echebest and Bruno Doucet will take place at the MANGER restaurant. The new menu, concocted by the chefs, will be available from Monday May 19 until the end of July.


  • The committed intervention of the four chefs;

Accompanying chef Julien Cadiou in the creation of the new menu, the chefs support the restaurant’s subsidized employment scheme, as well as the Toques Partage association, to which 10% of proceeds are donated.

  • On the menu for this “Dîner des chefs”;

Yves Camdeborde’s salade niçoise à ma façon, Christian Etchebest’s chipirons jus de cresson, navets et poreaux, Bruno Doucet’s soft farmhouse pork belly and Christophe Adam’s strawberry pistachio mint éclair.

Menu available from May 19 to July 26, evenings only,

Tuesday to Saturday by prior arrangement.

The menu is priced at 57€.

  • Toques &Partage

An association created in 2008 by Thierry Monassier, whose aim is to offer catering experience to people who are excluded from the workforce.
