Marc Jacobs launches rhinestone eyewear
The new sunglasses, designed by Marc Jacobs, will be offered in a limited edition. The
500 numbered pieces, entirely encrusted with Swarovski rhinestones, symbolize the brand’s
chic, personal style and reflect its uniqueness, vintage spirit and original
details.
A constellation of over two hundred and fifty sparkling rhinestones illuminates the frame, matching the
deep red and hematite color scheme.
The new glasses are protected in a precious crystalline box that reveals the luminosity
of these unique “made in Italy” objects.
The latest Marc Jacobs model will be available from November 2012 in selected
Marc Jacobs boutiques, selected opticians and major
department stores worldwide.
The Marc Jacobs collection of sunglasses and optical frames is manufactured and
distributed by the Safilo Group.
