Lenôtre has created an exclusive capsule collection of cat macaroons by Elodie Martins.

Elodie Martins is a former contestant on the M6 TV show “Le meilleur pâtissier”, and author of the book “Les pâtisseries d’Elodie”.

During the broadcast of the show, chef Guy Krenzer was seduced by her imagination and her dreamlike, girly universe inspired by Sophia Copola’s Marie-Antoinette and fairy tales.
When they met again some time later, Guy Krenzer offered to distribute his media-friendly macaron in the shape of a cat’s head, Badou Badou, in Lenôtre boutiques for the duration of a short-lived collection.

This unprecedented collaboration between professionals and an amateur pastry chef has given birth to two original macaron flavors, to be enjoyed like confectionery: Baba Beard and Tagada Strawberry.

EPISODE 2 TEST 3

For Elodie, her creations should be like the paintings of Fragonard, with their warm, reassuring color schemes, finding the perfect harmony between form and content, and finally taking your hand and transporting you to the heart of the Louvre.
Passionate, even inhabited, she tries to dazzle and take pastry lovers on a journey with her creations.
