events_media_20A jewel in our heritage, French gastronomy is in the spotlight this year with the Fête de la Gastronomie in September 2013. The ideal opportunity for the Grand Palais to transform itself for two evenings into a magical place, crossing the eras for a gourmet reception in a spirit of solidarity!

What better way to celebrate gastronomy than with a dinner party? That’s exactly what WAPI production must have thought when it proposed to the Grand Palais to organize two exceptional dinners with a solidarity dimension on September 20 and 21, 2013. The concept? This first gastronomic opera takes us back to the Belle Époque, with a host of recipes brought up to date thanks to the refinement and excellence of great chefs such as Gérard Salé and Michel Roth. A veritable voyage through time, in aid of the Laurette Fugain association in the fight against leukemia.

And the show doesn’t stop there. The next day, it’s the Diner White Experience, with all proceeds going to the Samusocial de Paris charity. A gustatory experience to tantalize your taste buds and awaken your senses, thanks to the talents of such rising stars of French cuisine as Alain Cirelli, Jérôme Bigot and pastry chefs Jonathan Biot and Manuel Bouillet. A culinary challenge well worth the detour for a unique, creative and luxurious experience in the magical setting of the Grand Palais.
