The sun, the heat and the crowds in the Jardin des Tuilerie are unmistakable: summer is here.

La Maison Angelina, the capital’s must-visit tea room, has finally unveiled its new pastries for the coming season.
Twice a year, the Maison’s pastry chefs delight gourmets with recipes that are as creative as they are appetizing, created using seasonal produce.

This year’s collection combines fruit with vanilla and light cream for colorful, light and refreshing dishes.
Seven new little wonders await you:

Cheesecake: an original version with madeleine cookie and apricot confit,
La Courtisane: the light cream with Earl Grey tea will make all the difference,
L’Éclair Fraise Chantilly: fresh fruit, hazelnut crumble and passion fruit cream are added to this original variation on the traditional éclair,
Le Fraisier: here again, the surprise is in the cream, with a subtle hint of Bourbon vanilla hidden inside,
Le Mont Blanc Fraise : a House classic, revisited for the occasion
La Tarte Framboise Pistache: a sweet pastry, pistachio almond cream, Bourbon vanilla cream, pistachio slivers and fresh fruit, the simplicity is delicious,
La Tarte Pêche Vanille: the mellowness of yellow and white peaches combined with the crunch of crumble.
