To celebrate spring, the Chef pushed open the door to the kitchen garden with Joël Thiebault’s grilled vegetables flavored with Baux de Provence oil, the first asparagus with old Parmesan shavings, French peas revisited, and melon soup with Banyuls wine. A real treat!

Just a stone’s throw from Paris, the Mont Royal is a luxury hotel that’s ideal for a weekend away, but its other asset is its Brunch, which is well worth the detour. A festival of flavors!
First buds, longer days, balmy air – the Tiara Château Hotel Mont Royal brunch was just waiting for the signal. An extraordinary spring buffet is served every Sunday under the panelling of the château’s former ballroom, flooded with light, with windows wide open onto the forest and the terrace at first light.
Chef Franck Charpentier’s seafood offerings include fine oysters from claire, Scottish salmon, king prawns in bouquet, scallop salad, king prawn kebabs and, on the terroir side, duck foie gras from Vendée and black pudding with bacon from Colonnata. The buffet is very attractive and the choice is enormous!

Tucked away in the warmth of their cloches, you can enjoy “mini burgers” of Charolais beef, a return of the peach with virgin beechnut oil, guinea fowl in Savagnin with a spring Comté fondu, not forgetting the irresistible organic cocotte egg with foie gras and white truffle emulsion.
A fine cheese platter is also available.
For dessert, pastry chef Stéphane Revers put on his Sunday best: verrines of pistachio or violet panna cotta, red fruit tiramisù, chocolate/poppy entremets, apricot blancmange, strawberry, raspberry/pistachio, a farandole of lemon meringue, strawberry, raspberry and pink praline tarts, not forgetting delicious fresh fruit smoothies.
In short, this Bruch is truly unclassifiable, incomparable. It’s a dream spot. It’s a great place to take a stroll, just a few kilometers from Paris. Luxsure warmly recommends it!
