Snoopy’s oh-so-fashionable Belle makes her debut at Colette
“Belle goes POP @ Colette” is a collection by English designer Philip Colbert for THE RONDNIK BAND. Inspired by Pop Art, the brand breaks the codes of traditional fashion, fusing music, art and fashion for a unique concept.
A well-known cartoon character since 1976, Belle is the sister of Peanuts hero Snoopy. Discreet and rarely seen, Belle has been associated with the world of fashion since 1980, thanks to the launch of the luxury doll “Snoopy and Fashion”.

After all the devotion to mickeymouse, Belle couldn’t stay in the closet!
Because Belle is trendy and quirky, she couldn’t have made her French debut anywhere else but at Colette. A legendary Parisian fashion spot located in the “Golden Triangle”, high-tech, art, streetwear, beauty, well-being and much more make shopping a real experience.
From March 3 to 29, 2014, previews during Fashion Week, skirts, dresses, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and caps that make up the collection of Snoopy’s chic sister Belle, can be discovered exclusively at the Colette restaurant.
For the occasion, the water bar at Colette will be decked out in Belle colors, with walls, tablecloths and menus adorned with the irresistible iconography, and, for an even more “So Belle” touch, the water bar team will be sporting personalized Belle T-shirts. Discover also accessories and gift products such as IPhone cases and bags straight from Japan, where the brand is already followed by millions of loyal fans.
Note that on March 5 Colette is planning a happening where the brand’s two It Girl addicts, Cara Delvigne and Rita Ora, may be expected!
This event heralds the French launch of Belle by Peanuts Worldwilde. Partnerships with retailers and high-end co-branding in the fashion world will be the prelude to the launch. This will be followed by a consumer license program in 2015.
