This week, we talked to you about the famous New York leather goods manufacturer COACH, presenting the fall-winter 2013/2014 men’s collection. Today we’re not going to introduce you to bags again, but to a Barbie, the COACH Barbie.
Barbie has been an icon for over 50 years. Often courted by the biggest names in fashion, she has been dressed up by them over the years. Barbie isn’t just a model, she’s an ambassador. This time, Barbie collaborates with American designer COAH, wearing his new signature look. A celebration of COACH’s timeless design, COACH Barbie is dressed in a Tattersall trench coat over a striped sweater and suede skirt. The metal clasps on the skirt are exact replicas of the characteristic Coach bag clasps. Barbie is perfectly accessorized with round red sunglasses and stilettos from the Coach collection. The doll’s casual chic look is completed by the Legacy Duffle, one of the brand’s iconic bags. This bag was designed in the COACH workshops, a first in the history of Barbie’s style. Fans of both Coach and Barbie will love the meticulous details and signature New York style that celebrate this partnership between the two icons.
