To mark their 10th anniversary, the 5.5 Designers are organizing “5.6 la mise à jour”, an exceptional event to unveil their new design studio to the general public: the 5.5 designstudio. It’s an opportunity to look back on the projects that have marked the group’s history, and to discover future collaborations that reflect their evolution.
A design research and consultancy firm founded in August 2003, the 5.5 Designers group represents the new generation of French design, committed and optimistic. Conscious of and revolted by the current system, which they describe as “societal chaos”, the 4 young designers are working to reinvent the way we consume, produce and design to avoid waste and pollution. A creative dynamic that never ceases to seduce brands and publishers for original and relevant collaborations, always with a sense of humor and simplicity. 
The open house will take place from Friday September 20 to Saturday September 21, from 10am to 5pm. Vincent, Jean-Sébastien, Anthony and Claire are celebrating their own anniversary with an opportunity to meet all the members of the studio and discuss their vision of design, as well as a visit to their new 150m2 studio to immerse yourself in their creative universe. Not to mention an exhibition previewing the 10 new collaborations.
