The cradle of world perfumery, Maison Molinard offers a fun and educational immersion into the heart of perfumery. The perfect opportunity to discover this ancestral factory and its unique know-how through a guided olfactory tour and daring workshops.
Founded in Grasse in 1849, Maison Molinard has never left its terroir. With over a hundred creations and bath products to its name, the House has always lovingly drawn on the olfactory riches of its land: essences of local flowers, fruit, plants and bark. It’s a world steeped in history, and one into which the Maison would like to take us through an educational immersion for a moment out of time. The first activity is the Molinard Museum. This is an opportunity to discover the ultimate 1930s distillery, the famous Gustave Eiffel framework, the 1920s perfume organ, and finally the soap-making room, the active production workshop and the maceration room. All accompanied by a wealth of anecdotes to punctuate this astonishing visit.

Secondly, the famous house invites visitors to discover the Atelier de Parfums: a unique experience for everyone, where they can create their own fragrances according to their tastes and desires. Head notes, heart notes, base notes: visitors can explore 90 essences under the guidance of House experts. The added bonus: each formula is recorded, so that these perfumers for a day can reissue their creation to order via the website!
Last but not least, happy visitors can also browse the Fragrance Bar, an innovative concept that lets you smell, compare and learn about perfume creation. A fun way to awaken the senses and curiosity of young and old alike.
