Les Minimes, the chic bistro in the Marais

While strolling through the Marais, I had lunch a few days ago at Les Minimes. That day, on rue de Turenne, the sun was flooding the restaurant’s terrace. We settle in, the decor is neat.

We start with a small green bean salad with truffle oil. Simple, fresh and well-seasoned. Ideal for this time of year.

We continue with the dish of the day: a tuna fillet with just a hint of pink, cooked to perfection.

We finish with a raspberry crème brûlée. An enchantment.

Upstairs, the atmosphere is hushed and the decor quite original. Ideal for a large table to celebrate a birthday, for example.
