The unmissable sparkling event for gastronomy and wine
Several times a year, Chef Pascal Nibaudeau organizes “Dîners d’Exception” with the participation of leading personalities from the world of wine. A wonderful opportunity to celebrate the marriage between top-class gastronomy and the finest French and foreign wines.

The first dinner of 2013 will take place on April 18 at Pressoir d’Argent, the gourmet restaurant of the Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux & Spa. Maison Badie will be the exclusive partner of the dinner. This historic house was founded in 1880 by Madame Badie. A key player in Bordeaux wine distribution, it offers the world’s finest selection of products from the great Champagne houses, rare cuvées and exceptional vintages.

On April 18, Maison Badie will be offering participants in an exceptional dinner the chance to taste champagnes from the house of Veuve clicquot, 2004 vintages (Blanc, Rosé and Grande Dame). During the dinner, the wines will be commented on by Veuve Cliquot oenologist Pierre Casenave.

For the occasion, Michelin-starred Chef Pascal Nibaudeau will be creating the finest food & wine pairings. On the menu, sea bass and Aquitaine caviar, followed by oysters “perles de l’impératrice”, avocado and finally Consommé de crustacés, citrus condiment.
