Elegance in GMT mode. . .

Following the success of the steel model of the Classics Manufacture Worldtimer, the Swiss watchmaker Frédérique Constant unveils a new rose gold-plated version. Faithful to the classic spirit of the collection, this automatic timepiece, with a particularly easy-to-use GMT function, is offered with two different dials, each produced in a limited series of 1,888. Whether you’re a traveler or a businessman, it’s up to you to choose the ideal companion for keeping on top of the world’s time without wasting a second. . .
A stylish globetrotter. . .
Assertively chic in hand-polished rose gold plating, the 42 mm-diameter case highlights a silvered dial, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. Adorned at its center with a particularly detailed world map, the first dial orchestrates hand-polished midnight-blue hands to the rhythm of luminous indexes. The second dial, equally elaborate, features an intricate guilloché pattern in the middle, surrounded by Roman numerals and hand-polished black oxidized hands. Complete with a date counter positioned at 6 o’clock, these new models are finished off with a black or brown alligator leather strap, completing their timeless charm.
A GMT function that’s easy to set, easy to use … .
Unrivalled in its ease of use, this timepiece constantly displays the time in 24 time zones, thanks to an ingenious mechanism featuring two rotating discs: one bearing the names of 24 cities (one for each time zone); the other displaying 24 hours with a day/night indicator. The GMT function is activated via the crown by simply selecting the desired city and placing it on the 12 o’clock position of the dial. Automatic synchronization of the disks provides immediate local time information for all 24 cities.
Here’s an example! By setting Geneva, at the top of the disc, via the crown, the hour and minute hands give the time in Switzerland (Central Europe). The outer dial automatically displays the time in the various time zones. Under the city of New York, the number 5 appears: so it’s 5:07. Under the city of Moscow, the number 13 appears: so it’s 13:07.
The Classics Manufacture Worldtimer is powered by the automatic caliber FC-718, manufactured in the Frédérique Constant workshops, ensuring easy adjustment of all functions with a single crown. Visible through a transparent caseback, the movement reveals a circular-graining and “Côte de Genève” decoration of great finesse. A symbiosis of aestheticism and technicality, this new Frédérique Constant is a sure bet for juggling time without ever making a mistake.

Distinctive sign .
Produced in a limited series of 1,888 pieces at an affordable luxury price, this new Classics Manufacture Worldtimer is presented in a classic wooden case, on which a limited edition plate is finely engraved, guaranteeing the authenticity of the models.
