When a small town is taken over by an army of zombies, who can you call to the rescue? “Norman!” Produced by Focus Features and LAIKA, the studios behind Coraline, nominated for an Oscar ® for Best Animated Feature, The Strange Power of Norman is a horror comedy that’s fun to scare!
The story takes place in the town of Blithe Hollow, where 11-year-old Norman Babcock spends most of his time dissecting horror films and studying the customs of ghosts.
Norman not only has the ability to see, but also to converse with the dead. When a centuries-old curse threatens the town, he discovers he’s the only one who can break it and save his fellow creatures. As a band of zombies suddenly come back to life, Norman will act as a true hero, with heart and bravery, and will see his paranormal powers develop incredibly.
The film is directed by Sam Fell and Chris Butler, with a screenplay by Chris Butler.
