Maison Jacquart unveils its charms for the festive season

Founded in 1962, Jacquart is one of the most contemporary Champagne houses. Jacquart has made a name for itself internationally, and offers a highly attractive range of wines to end the year on a high note. Let’s take a look…

Le Brut Mosaïque
A blend slightly dominated by Chardonnay (35 to 40%), giving the cuvée fresh, delicate aromas. Pinot Noir (30-35%) adds structure to this airy wine, while Pinot Meunier (25-30%) adds fruitiness. Fine bubbles can be seen in the pale, white-gold color.
Aromas of fresh fruit (almond, fig, pear) and orange blossom. Aeration reveals more mature notes of fresh bread and honey.
On the palate, the attack is fresh, the mouth supple and the finish fruity and persistent.

Le Rosé
A rosé expression of Brut Mosaïque, so the blend is based on the same structure. The bubbles are delicate, draped in an intensely salmon color.
Aromas of small red fruits (redcurrant jelly, cherry, wild strawberry) evolve towards plum. Refreshing on the palate. The finish is seductive, with surprising peach and apricot aromas.

Le Brut de Nominée
Made from two noble Champagne grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
We love the delicate scents of citrus and ripe fruit, the fragrance of fresh pastries. Gradually, notes of vanilla, lightly toasted bread and elegant minerality emerge.
On the palate, this wine is complex: a basket of dried fruit (apricots, plums), honey, acacia flowers and sweet spices create a still life of a great master.
In short, powerful and long-lasting on the palate.
