Labeyrie: caviar as the new standard!
For years, Labeyrie’s credo has been to make luxury products accessible to as many people as possible. After smoked salmon and foie gras, the brand wants to put caviar on every table in France for the festive season.
Historically located in the Caspian Sea, wild sturgeon farming is becoming increasingly rare. Labeyrie caviar comes from white-water breeding (Uruguay, Bulgaria…). The brand has surrounded itself with Russian and Iranian experts to guarantee the best quality for its products. Taste for yourself!

The brand offers three varieties (from 10 to 30g):
– Le Royal: this is the Acipenser baeri variety bred in Uruguay. The grain is fine and regular, with an intense gray color. The texture is melt-in-the-mouth.
– Oscietre: the benchmark for caviars, with its amber color. Its flavor is mild and well-balanced.
– L’impérial: a Shrenkii caviar with iodized flavors and hints of dried fruit.
