On October 16, 2012, the cornerstone was laid for the Hôtel Renaissance – Malmaison, a prestigious hotel project and an exceptional venue for seminars and corporate events, just 15 minutes from Place de l’Etoile.

This 4-star establishment, which will feature 80 suites and rooms, 600 parking spaces (including 230 underground) and 2,600 m2 dedicated to seminars and corporate events, will open its doors in May 2014, under the international Marriott-Renaissance banner and managed under a management agreement by Paris Country Club.

A major architectural project

Intended as an extension of the Paris Country Club complex, characterized by its style evoking the world of horses and the Normandy countryside, the hotel will feature Anglo-Norman architecture, approved by Bâtiments de France.

When it came to interior design, it was the equestrian world and its “grand demeure” elegance that inspired the Jean Philippe Nuel agency. The “Deauville” spirit, the green space and the omnipresence of the racecourse were all themes that structured the project.

Noble materials, upholstered leathers, wood panelling, “leather-wrapped” tiles, warm tan tones: everything contributes to a feeling of softness and “domestic” comfort in a harmonious blend of classic and contemporary.

It also takes into account the international typology of the hotel’s future clientele, who are bound to be sensitive to this cocktail of elegance and modernity. A hallmark of the Marriott-Renaissance spirit, which is asserting itself as a top-of-the-range brand for passionate travellers in search of authentic discoveries, in all its hotels around the world.
