Since its creation in 1927, Rémy Martin VSOP has been produced from a blend of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie offering exceptional ageing potential, and thus benefiting from the Cognac Fine Champagne appellation (AOC). Tradition and modernity meet to give birth to its new expression, Rémy Martin VSOP Mature Cask Finish, which reinterprets the past to better conquer the future. At the very end of the ageing process, the period of
marriage that follows the final blending takes place in small Limousin oak casks over twenty years old, and gives it fruitier notes: this is what is known as
Mature Cask Finish.
Rémy Martin VSOP Mature Cask Finish is presented in a new transparent bottle, to better reveal the amber nuances of the cognac. The Centaur, the historic emblem of the Maison Rémy Martin since 1870, is emblazoned on
the glass, embodying the brand’s innovative values and spirit: feet on the ground, head
in the stars.
