IRM DESIGN hides the design duo, Marion Lalanne and Pierre- Alexis Hermet. These two young fashion graduates with a passion for art are presenting their 2nd accessories collection for Autumn-Winter 2011.
Barely out of ESMOD Lyon, where Marion and Pierre-Alexis fell in love with each other at first sight, this talented duo decided to create a conceptual brand, IRM DESIGN, where the unique and the remarkable are the watchwords.
In November 2010, their BODYPAINTING collection was selected for the Saint Etienne Design Biennial. The members of the jury immediately ranked them among the 5 designers to watch.
After this experience, for Summer 2011 they launched a collection of climbing rope necklaces in exaggerated colors and volumes, a range of bags and a collaboration with BLONDIE’S BACK (Géraldine Grisey de Punky B).
The TV show “La mode, la mode, la mode” immediately took an interest in these two young designers, regularly praising their creations.
For Autumn-Winter 2011, Marion and Pierre-Alexis focus on accessories.

LA COLLECTION ACCESSOIRES AH 2011
IRM DESIGN expands its range of bags with a new version of the GLOVE, featuring pockets in more surprising formats. They can now hold documents, are unisex and come in a range of colors, while remaining in line with the first bag, i.e. fully customizable, numbered and with the customer’s name stamped inside.
IRM DESIGN is a keen hobbyist, drawing inspiration from construction and design by, for example, turning door hinges into a 24-carat gold-plated belt buckle. The result is a range of accessories, from belts to cuffs. Both chic and quirky. In the same way, they rehabilitate the fur collar, adding a very sporty clip. What could be nicer in polar weather than a fur collar that can be clipped onto any outfit? By mixing luxurious fur with very sporty clips, IRM DESIGN offers you an accessory that will quickly become indispensable!

OUVERTUREON THE PRET A PORTER COLLECTION
At the end of March 2011, IRM DESIGN entered the ISC fashion competition sponsored by Ateliers de Paris. They unanimously won the competition, whose jury included Donald Potard, the former CEO of Jean-Paul Gaultier, thanks to their collection inspired by women designers such as Andrée Putman or Eileen Gray.
We were able to discover their first spring summer 2012 ready-to-wear collection, a colorful collection with unusual prints created in collaboration with Françoise Nielly.
