From November 3 to 5, 2011, on the occasion of Saint-Hubert’s Day, the ABERLOUR HUNTING CLUB ephemeral restaurant opens its doors for three evenings dedicated to hunting and game, in a prestigious setting: Le Trianon Palace Versailles, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel. An exclusive event focusing on game gastronomy, reinterpreted by Michelin-starred Chef Simone Zanoni.
During these three evenings, ABERLOUR invites lovers of fine gastronomy and exceptional Single Malts to discover a menu specially created by Michelin-starred Chef Simone Zanoni. During the tasting, guests will discover the subtle combination of Scottish flavors of game gastronomy and Single Malts: venison marinated in juniper berries, Scottish lobster marinated and cooked in “15 Years Old”, crunchy old-fashioned vegetables and smoked haddock cream, roasted grouse with roasted hazelnut, artichoke fricassee and porcini mushrooms…
