The Prix de la Closerie des Lilas was awarded to Sylvie Ohayon for Papa was not a Rolling Stone published by Robert Laffont in the 1st round of voting by 10 votes, against 2 votes for Un jardin sur le ventre by Fabienne Berthaud (JBZ&Cie), 2 votes for Les insurrections singulières by Jeanne Benameur (Actes Sud) and 1 vote for La reine Alice by Lydia Flem (Seuil).
Created in 2007, the Prix Lilas aims to promote women’s literature. It is awarded to a novel written by a woman in French, published between January and March.
