High-quality speakers and fairy fingers were on hand to pamper these privileged guests. In an intimate, relaxing atmosphere, they had the pleasure of testing a range of energy and relaxation practices: reiki, luxopuncture, the sounder sleep system, energy psychology… In a dimly lit room, a clairvoyant gave consultations to those wondering about their future, while in the living room, a shaman gave a lecture. Another wellness method revealed to these ladies was VCMA (Visualisation Créative Médiumnique Assistée), a practice akin to hypnosis, in this veritable cabinet of curiosities. The tone of wisdom was set by Emmanuel Jaffelin, who presented his philosophical work, Eloge de la Gentillesse.
In addition to personal development activities, more playful and whimsical ones were offered in various workshops, reflecting Jobart Barjot’s eccentric trademark. The salon featured a sale of Italian-inspired feminine leathers by designer Chris Mary. The baby’s room was taken over by a sale of scarves and original tails jackets by Lord SM, as well as delicate lace lingerie by Mademoiselle Lola. Just Jaeckin was on hand to share his philosophy of life and anecdotes from an atypical career.
On the boudoir side, a workshop offered special chignon hairstyling sessions, manicure, facial and massage treatments, as well as tattooing sessions, a practice particularly favored by the club. A lecturer in cosmetic surgery presented methods of facial rejuvenation using resorbable products.
In a hushed room, a few daring women entrusted their harmonious, bare curves to the lens of photographer Sophie Badens.
This was followed by an oriental dance class, a demonstration of the legendary Dirty Dancing choreography, while two Brazilian graffiti artists gave the front door wall a live makeover with a fresco depicting a capoeira scene.
Later in the evening, the gentlemen were allowed to join their companions for a game of poker (after an initiation for the ladies by the professionals of the LKTeam) and a show by two sublime strippers, Scarlett Diamond, the club’s fatal and dangerous muse, and Mademoiselle Joris Sabrou, on her toes like a Degas ballerina, in a poetic and candid register. Comedian Myrtille Chartuss was also on hand to perform a burlesque show of wacky wordplay. An event full of surprises to take your time, without a minute’s respite to get bored… Next volume in June.
