From Friday, February 11 to Monday, February 14, 2011, Chef Jean-François Rouquette and his team will be offering a made-to-measure Valentine’s Day menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant. Le Pur‘. Amuse-Bouches and delicate dishes will delight your palate right up to the apotheosis of Rouge Passion, a delight of rhubarb, rose and wild strawberries, created for the occasion by Pastry Chef Pier-Marie Le Moigno.
During the dinner, a surprise envelope containing a possible sesame giving exclusive access to a magical night in one of the hotel’s Prestige Suites, or to a surprise gift, will be given to each couple.
Valentine’s Day package from 560 euros per room.
