For the back-to-school season, Sébastien Gaudard invites Parisians and tourists to his Restaurant-Salon de Thé des Tuileries for lunch, brunch or a sweet break.

With its shaded terrace to enjoy the fine weather, this is the confidential summer address not to be missed for discovering the house specialties.

The savory menu, in the image of the Chef, is a fine tribute to lunchtime classics. The restaurant’s specialty , the Croque-monsieur – voted best croque-monsieur in Paris – comes in a smoked salmon and vegetable version. Of course, the specialties of Lorraine (petit pâtés, tourtes, quiches) are also on the menu, and are sure to please the curious.

Behind the beautiful window of this old Parisian house, Sébastien Gaudard displays the range of sweet delicacies he has brought back to life, the signature of the house. The pastries are there for all to see!

« I wanted a place where you feel welcome, an intimate setting in which the authenticity of a Parisian history vibrates, » confides Sébastien Gaudard.

Sébastien Gaudard’s Restaurant – Salon de Thé is the perfect place to take a break this autumn.
