Maison Mumm reinvents the concept of artist residencies with La Table des Chefs, welcoming talented young chefs and giving them carte blanche for three months. La Maison Mumm is proud to present Mallory Gabsi, a Michelin-starred chef named Young Chef of the Year by the Michelin Guide in 2023, as the first chef-in-residence. Accompanied by his sommelier Andréa Harel and Raimonds Tomsons, World’s Best Sommelier 2023, he will offer an exceptional culinary experience from May 12 in Reims.

La Table des Chefs, located in the Maison Mumm town house, will offer inventive, multi-faceted cuisine for local and visiting gourmets alike.
