When the summer heat sets in, nothing seems more appropriate than to celebrate the return of the sun by sharing a bottle of champagne. In this festive season, Maison Alfred Gratien invites you to taste its exceptional champagnes. Orchestrated by cellar master Nicolas Jaeger, this summer selection features the new Brut Vintage 2015 vintage and the Brut Rosé cuvée.
Alfred Gratien’s Brut Vintage 2015 unveils a luminous light gold color, spiked with fine, even effervescence. This refined blending vintage offers a wonderful balance between the elegance and minerality of Chardonnay, the roundness and suppleness of Pinot Meunier, and the fruity charisma of Pinot Noir. The harmony of this cuvée makes it a perfect accompaniment to sweet and savory meat dishes, as well as cheese. This exceptional cuvée is available at the recommended retail price of 67€.
In the Cuvée Brut Rosé, the senses are charmed by a salmon color with light violet highlights, enlivened by a delicate effervescence. This champagne is the perfect companion for the aperitif, pairing well with a selection of charcuterie, cured hams or herbs. During the meal, it goes wonderfully well with red mullet fillets marinated in lemon, sea bream ceviche or a red fruit dessert. This cuvée is available at the recommended retail price of €41 for a 75cl bottle.
These two emblematic cuvées from the Maison Alfred Gratien are available at the Boutique du Chai de la Maison in Epernay and from wine merchants. Tasting an Alfred Gratien champagne is like immersing yourself in a world of freshness, delicacy and refinement.
This summer, let yourself be tempted by this invitation to celebrate conviviality and sharing. What could be more pleasant than to mark long sunny days with the effervescence of a delicate, refined champagne from Alfred Gratien?
