Situated between land and sea in Bormes-les-Mimosas, Château Malherbe unveils a trio of wines for summer: a fresh, mineral white, a crisp rosé and a delicate red. Discover these cuvées for summer sharing.

Château Malherbe, a wine jewel in Provence

Nestled in an unspoilt natural setting between the Massif des Maures and the Mediterranean, Château Malherbe is a 60-hectare family estate, 25 of which are vineyards. Renowned for its white wines, it also produces remarkable rosé and red cuvées.

The certified organic vineyards are planted on two terroirs with maritime and terrestrial influences, giving complexity and minerality to the wines. The seaside plots give birth to the Pointe du Diable range, while the sheltered hillsides reveal the Château Malherbe cuvées.

Meticulous vinification for refined summer wines

The grapes are harvested by hand, then vinified with precision to express the best of each terroir. Fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts, before ageing in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit.

For its red wines, Château Malherbe uses a short maceration period and maturation in oak barrels to bring complexity and roundness to the palate. The result: wines with highly refined aromatic nuances.

Château Malherbe Pointe du Diable Blanc 2022: freshness and minerality

A blend of Semillon and Ugni Blanc, this dry white wine is full-bodied on the palate, with aromas of yellow fruit and citrus. Its minty finish and saline minerality make it the ideal companion for seafood.

Château Malherbe Rosé 2022: gourmand and aromatic

Made from old-vine Grenache and Cinsault grapes, this salmon-colored rosé reveals notes of spice and garrigue. Full-bodied and well-balanced, it’s the perfect accompaniment to a Mediterranean aperitif-dinner drink.

Château Malherbe Madame Ferrari 2021: a gourmet red

This highly complex cuvée brings together mourvèdre, grenache, cinsault and rolle. Aged 10 months in oak barrels, this red wine, with its aromas of red fruits and spices, is racy and elegant, and perfect with red meat.

With this characterful trio, Château Malherbe signs summer wines that reveal all the elegance of Provence wines. A jewel between sea and sky, to share with friends or family.
