The Armani Group, Tadao Ando and Arada announce their partnership for the Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
The Armani Group is pleased to announce a new partnership between Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and UAE-based master builder Arada, for the design of residential units, common spaces and amenities for a new ultra-luxurious development to be added to the Dubai skyline, Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah.
Designed by Tadao Ando, Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah is a testament to the Pritzker Prize-winning Japanese architect’s long-standing commitment to combining nature and architecture. Located on the outer crescent of Dubai’s iconic artificial islands, the project will offer a luxurious experience that also provides a fascinating visual link between each residence and the sea.
Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah will feature a range of beautifully appointed homes, including a number of penthouses, as well as a series of first-class amenities carefully designed to enable each resident to enjoy an elegant, productive and active lifestyle.
Sales of Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah will begin in the second half of the year, with the entire project scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
